Shipping Information

Germany: Flat shipping fee of 5.90 EUR via DHL Parcel (CO2-neutral) - Free shipping from 80.00 EUR order value.

A detailed cost calculation for other delivery countries and express options can be found in the shopping cart.

All orders are shipped as parcel shipments from our main warehouse in Bonn. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check your shipment status. Our items are usually ready to ship within 24 hours (this applies Monday to Friday only – Sundays and public holidays extend this period). The average DHL delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days. If longer delivery times are indicated on the product page, this means we order the goods directly from the supplier for you, and the delivery time is extended accordingly. For shipments abroad, these times are also extended accordingly.

For shipments to non-EU countries (Switzerland), additional costs may be incurred by local authorities for the buyer (customs & clearance fees, import taxes, etc.).

STADIUMGREEN: DHL shipping within Germany is carried out with the GoGreen program CO₂-neutral.

Returns:
You can return the goods within 14 days. This return is free of charge for you within Germany. More information can be found under Returns.

Return Split:

We cover the costs for your first return shipment within Germany.

If you return items in multiple shipments, you will bear the costs for each additional return shipment yourself.

Payment Information

PayPal:

Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and authorize the payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.

Credit Card:

Pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed via the well-known Stripe service. Your data is always secured and encrypted. Your goods will be shipped directly after payment confirmation by Stripe, unless longer delivery times are indicated on the product page.

Sofort by Klarna:

"Sofortüberweisung - Simple and direct payment.

"Sofort." is the direct transfer method of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration – now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows them to ship stock goods and digital products immediately – so you receive your purchases faster.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the shipment of the goods/tickets/or, for other services, from the provision of the service. The invoice terms for purchases on account for deliveries to Germany can be found at https://www.klarna.com/de/agb/

Installment Purchase: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data to Klarna within the scope of initiating and processing the purchase contract for the purpose of address and creditworthiness verification. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Apple Pay:

You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. For this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device following verification steps.
