All orders are shipped as parcel shipments from our main warehouse in Bonn. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check your shipment status. Our items are usually ready to ship within 24 hours (this only applies Monday to Friday - Sundays and public holidays extend this period). The average DHL delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. If longer delivery times are indicated on the product page, it means that we order the goods directly from the supplier for you and the delivery time is correspondingly extended. For shipments abroad, these times are also extended accordingly.
When shipping to non-EU countries (Switzerland), additional costs may be incurred by local authorities for the buyer (customs & clearance fees, import taxes, etc.).
STADIUMGREEN: DHL shipping within Germany is carried out with the GoGreen program CO2-Neutral.
Returns:
You can return the goods within 14 days. This return is free of charge for you within Germany. For more information, see Returns.
Payment Information
Prepayment transfer (SEPA):
After you have placed your order, please transfer the total amount specified in the confirmation email to our bank account. Your goods will be shipped directly after receipt of payment, unless longer delivery times are indicated on the product page.
PayPal:
Only a few steps to payment:
- Select “PayPal” as the payment method at checkout.
- To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
- You will then be redirected back to us.
Credit card:
Pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed through the well-known Stripe service. Your data is constantly secured and encrypted. Your goods will be shipped directly after payment confirmation by Stripe, unless longer delivery times are indicated on the product page.
Sofort by Klarna:
"Sofortüberweisung - Simple and direct payment.
"Sofort." is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows them to ship stock goods and digital products immediately - so you receive your purchases faster.
Klarna:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the shipment of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, from the provision of the service. Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Sofort: Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.
Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. The date will be communicated to you by email. (Please only list those payment methods here that you actually offer.)
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Accordingly, we forward your data to Klarna within the scope of initiating and processing the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit check. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Cash on delivery*:
Pay for your goods directly to the delivery person. A fee of 6 EUR applies for the DHL cash on delivery service. If you choose the cash on delivery service, your goods will be shipped immediately unless longer delivery times are indicated on the product page. *Cash on delivery payments are only possible for registered stadiumdreams.de customers within Germany. We will charge you for cash on delivery orders that are not accepted.

Shipping & Payment Conditions
Shipping
All orders will be dispatched via our logistics partner DHL from Germany. All shipments are insured and will be sent with tracking information. Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of payment, unless a longer delivery time is mentioned on the product page.
Please note that DHL often uses local shipping carriers to deliver their parcels outside of Germany. Tracking information will be sent via email.
Your personal shipping rate will be calculated during the check-out process. You can also check your shipping costs directly in the shopping basket.
Please note: Import duties, taxes and charges for shipment to Non-EU countries are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Returns:
Orders may be returned within 30 days without giving any reason. All returns must be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
