Germany: 5.90 EUR flat shipping cost as DHL parcel (CO2-neutral) - free shipping from 80.00 EUR order value.

For shipments to non-EU countries (Switzerland), additional costs may be incurred by local authorities for the buyer (customs & clearance fees, import taxes, etc.). No import VAT is charged for goods valued up to 150.00 CHF.

All orders are shipped as parcel shipments from our main warehouse in Bonn. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check your shipment status. Our items are usually ready to ship within 24 hours (this only applies Monday to Friday - Sundays and public holidays extend this period). The average DHL delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days. If longer delivery times are indicated on the product page, it means that we order the goods directly from the supplier for you and the delivery time is correspondingly extended. For shipments abroad, these times are also extended accordingly.
Returns:
You can return the goods within 14 days. This return is free of charge for you within Germany. For more information, please see Returns.
Breakdown of returns:
For your first return within Germany, we cover the costs. However, if you return items in multiple shipments, you bear the costs for each additional return yourself.
Withdrawal & Returns from Abroad (International)
International returns (outside Germany) are exclusively at the buyer's expense. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for international returns.

Payment Information
Prepayment transfer (SEPA):
After you have placed your order, please transfer the total amount specified in the confirmation email to our bank account. Your goods will be shipped directly after receipt of payment, unless longer delivery times are indicated on the product page.
PayPal:
Only a few steps to payment:
- Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
- To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
- You will then be redirected back to us.
Credit card:
Pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed via the well-known Stripe service. Your data is constantly secured and encrypted. Your goods will be shipped directly after payment confirmation by Stripe, unless longer delivery times are indicated on the product page.
Sofort by Klarna:
"Sofortüberweisung - Pay simply and directly.
"Sofort." is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows them to ship stock goods and digital products immediately - so you receive your purchases faster.
Klarna:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:
Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the shipment of the goods/ the ticket/ or, for other services, the provision of the service. Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Sofort: Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.
Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. The date will be communicated to you by email. (Please list here only those payment methods that you actually offer.)
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit check as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Apple Pay:
You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. For this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device by completing verification steps. Cash on delivery*:
Pay for your goods directly to the delivery person. A total fee of 6,- EUR applies for the DHL cash on delivery service. When selecting the cash on delivery service, your goods will be shipped immediately, unless longer delivery times are indicated on the product page. *Cash on delivery payments are only possible for registered stadiumdreams.de customers within Germany. We will charge you for cash on delivery orders that are not accepted.
