Cancellation and Returns from Germany
Stadiumdreams.de offers you free returns for all orders within Germany. You can simply return your order within the first 14 days after receiving the goods directly via your customer account or using the return link below. One free return is granted; if the customer splits the return into multiple shipments, they bear the return shipping costs from the second return onward. In the customer center, for which you do not need a customer account, you will find under "My Orders" the option "Return". You can request an exchange or a refund. For other questions, please contact our customer service directly.
Visit the customer center page at https://account.stadiumdreams.de/orders. Enter the email address you used to place the order. You will then receive a one-time code by email to log in – no customer account is required.
Cancellation & Returns from Abroad (International)
International returns (outside Germany) are exclusively at the buyer's expense. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for international returns.

Cancellation policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at Stadiumdreams e.K., Töpferstraße 52, 53343 Wachtberg, Germany, Email: shop@stadiumdreams.de by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or trading cards in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Linked/Financed Transactions
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is especially assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our involvement regarding the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us at the time the revocation becomes effective or upon return of the goods, your lender steps into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you want to avoid contractual obligations as much as possible, exercise your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you have a right of revocation for it.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. We can only accept returns if the goods are unused and show no signs of use. We cannot refund dirty or damaged goods! The goods must always be in their original condition and free from deodorant or makeup stains, perfume, pet hair, and other signs of use.
Right of Return and Compensation for Loss in Value of the Goods
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The customer must bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning. Any alteration of the original condition may lead to rejection of the return.
Explanation and Legal Basis
The legal basis for this is paragraph 7 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This paragraph states that the consumer must bear the loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Example for caps: A customer orders a cap with a flat brim. When trying it on, the customer bends the brim to see how the cap looks when worn. Bending the brim is not a necessary inspection of the condition or function but a change that destroys the original condition. In such a case, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return and to send the goods back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Example for clothing: A customer tries on a garment. A strong smell of perfume, smoke, or similar clings to the textile. To remove this odor, cleaning would be necessary. This is not a necessary inspection of the condition or function, but a change that destroys the original condition. Such odors are considered a depreciation. In this case, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Right to refuse and return shipment
We expressly reserve the right to refuse the return in the case of such alteration of the goods that impairs the original condition and makes the goods unsellable. In this case, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
